What is the return policy?

At womotorcycles, we are committed to providing high-quality accessories. To ensure the integrity of our products for all customers, we enforce a strict return policy:

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
Product Conditions: Returns are accepted exclusively for items that are brand new, never installed, and never used. The accessory must be returned in its original, intact packaging, complete with all seals, labels, and documentation (manuals, mounting kits, etc.).
Exclusions: We do not accept returns for items showing even minimal signs of installation, scratches, or alterations. Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent via a tracked shipping method; womotorcycles is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Inspection Process: Every returned item will undergo a technical inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not strictly meet the conditions listed above.

Are any purchases final sale?

At womotorcycles, we maintain a strictly regulated return policy to ensure that all accessories remain certified as brand new and untampered with.

Strict Deadline: Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. No exceptions will be made beyond this period.
Product Condition (Mandatory): Returns are permitted only for items that have never been installed, show zero signs of mounting (including minor marks on bolt holes), and remain in their original sealed packaging. Any damage to the original packaging renders the item non-refundable.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable): We do not accept returns on electronic components, special order items, customized products, or any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
Shipping Costs and Liability: All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer assumes all risks for loss or damage during transit. Tracked and insured shipping is mandatory.
Technical Inspection: All returns are subject to a mandatory technical inspection. womotorcycles reserves the absolute right to deny a refund if the item does not strictly adhere to the conditions listed above.

When will I get my order?

At womotorcycles, we process orders with the highest priority. However, delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

Processing: Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
Shipping Notification: Once the package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. From that point forward, delivery management is the sole responsibility of the logistics provider.
Delivery Times: Times vary based on your location and customs procedures (for non-EU shipments). womotorcycles is not liable for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, or carrier service failures.
Liability: Goods travel at the customer's risk. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation of any kind.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates at womotorcycles are analytically determined to ensure professional and secure handling of all components.

Rate Calculation: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination, volumetric weight, and dimensions of the items in your order.
Full Transparency: The exact shipping total will be clearly displayed in the order summary before final payment. There are no hidden fees.
Customs Duties and Taxes: For non-EU shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or local administrative fees are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping quote.
