Refund policy

At womotorcycles, we are committed to providing high-quality accessories. To guarantee the integrity of our products for all customers, we apply a strict return policy:

• Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Product Condition: Returns are accepted exclusively for items in brand-new condition, never installed and never used. The accessory must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, complete with all seals, labels, and documentation (manuals, mounting kits, etc.).

• Exclusions: We do not accept returns for items showing even the slightest signs of installation, scratches, or alterations. Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.

• Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method; womotorcycles is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

• Inspection Process: Every returned item will undergo a technical inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not strictly meet the conditions listed above.
